1 Immigration and authorities

Visa, work permit, residence title, family reunification and all registrations — the legal basis for your employee to be allowed to start at all. We make sure it is in place on time.

  • Family reunification — support with the formalities when the family follows.
  • Address registration — registration at the Bürgerbüro or KVR, including appointment booking and accompaniment.

2 Apartment and house search

The biggest practical hurdle in the Munich market — and the point where we differ most clearly from conventional providers. We don't just forward listings: we personally accompany your employees to viewings and advocate for them on site with agents and landlords — so that in the end your employee gets the flat, not a competitor.

6 Arriving and settling in

7 Moving logistics

The actual transport is handled by a moving company — we support you with the coordination so the move runs smoothly and without unnecessary stress.

8 Departure service

When an assignment ends, we ensure the orderly unwinding of lease, deregistrations and deposit — so nothing is forgotten and the deposit comes back in full.

  • Lease termination — correct termination within the notice period.
  • Hand-over and return of the apartment — accompaniment at the return, correct hand-over protocol.
  • Deregistrations — with the authorities, plus cancellation of running contracts (electricity, internet, insurance).
