The heart of our work. We don't just look for "any" apartment — we look for yours. With access to the entire market, a network of around 250 market partners and the tenacity it takes so that in the end it is you who signs the lease. We go with you to the viewings and fight for you as if it were our own home.

2 Orientation day / look-and-see

If you are new to Munich, we help you get to know the city and the surrounding area before you decide — so you get a feeling for where you really want to live.

3 Authorities and immigration

We take over the preparation, accompany you to the appointments and make sure everything is done in the right order — from address registration to residence title, driving licence, car and child benefit.

4 Family, school and childcare

5 Finances, insurance and contracts

Bank account, electricity, internet, phone. For insurance questions we refer you to an independent expert we trust.

  • Electricity, gas and internet — support with choosing and signing utility and telecommunications contracts.

6 Moving logistics

The actual transport is handled by a moving company — we support you with the coordination of your move so the change runs smoothly and without unnecessary stress.

7 Arriving and settling in

Moving in is not the end of it. We stay at your side — beyond the signing of the lease.

How does the housing search with you work — and how quickly do you find something?

We create a search profile, search the entire market including properties before they are published, accompany you personally to viewings, negotiate for you, review the lease on request and, if you wish, are also there at the hand-over. How long it takes depends on budget, location and wishes — but with our market access, network and tenacity we shorten the search considerably compared to searching on your own.

What does your support cost?

Fixed, transparent flat rates per service, combinable as modules. You only pay for what you need; special services are billed transparently by the hour.

What distinguishes you from a real-estate agent?

An agent represents the property or the owner/landlord — we, on the other hand, represent only you. We don't just forward listings: we search, accompany and negotiate on your side.

I already live in Munich and just need a new apartment — are you there for me too?

Absolutely. It is the same tough market — we fight with the same commitment and the same networks for people who already live here.

I am moving to Munich from abroad — can we start remotely?

Yes. We start with an online conversation, prepare everything and are then there for you on site — with an orientation day if you wish. If you cannot be here in person, we represent you at viewings and bring you in via video call.
